First Reversible Bag

I have now finished my first reversible bag. Yes I know, wonderful and exciting. I am very pleased but think I could improve on it in the future. It is for one of the twins friends and we are off to her birthday party this afternoon. I wanted to add the soap from lush that we had purchased, we got the Fun play-dough soap, you can create things out of it and wash yourself also. Very clever for kids.

So check out my latest finished project. I got the pattern from Very Purple Person so check it out.

Have you finished a great project in sewing or something else that our proud of? Let us know what you have managed to do.

  • Congratulations! love the bag ... have been thinking for ages now I'd like to make a reversable bag (because that way I don't need to learn to sew in a zip!) your twins are beautiful. I'm going to subscribe now to your blog :)

    • Thanks so much Lizzy, the bag worked a treat and the next one I am sure will be easier to make now I know what I am doing. Thanks also about the comment on the girls, and glad you are subscribing to the blog. We are going to be doing more this year so stay tuned. Suzanne.
