Friendly Days - Purple Chrysanthemums In Upright Black Presentation Box

Friendly Days – Purple Chrysanthemums In Upright Black Presentation Box

I like it when the weather starts to get warmer and my garden blooms with flowers. My garden starts to look so much happier. I also feel better as well. Does the weather and flowers help you feel better?

When I worked in the city I used to get fresh cut flowers from a street florist each week. Something bright and cheery for my desk. It definitely made working easier when I could look at a nice bunch of flowers. I loved all the varieties available and the way it changed my desk each week.

I also don’t wait for hubby to buy flowers, and on occasion he does, however I purchase a nice bunch for me. It puts a smile on my face and makes the house look more vibrant and happier with flowers.

Do you like to add colour to the house with a nice bright bunch flowers? What is your favourite flower to decorate with? Mine is a gerbera as they are bright and happy.

If you are like me then you will love this giveaway from my friends at Fresh Flowers. Yes it is something for you or a special someone. More about the giveaway soon, read on to find out more.

I’d deliver a beautiful bouquet to my mum to thank her for her selflessness. We’ve had some emergency trips to the hospital with our baby and she is always there with open arms to look after our pre-schooler (and often my hubby). She spoils us with love and meals. I try and show her my appreciation with love but a beautiful bunch of flowers would be a lovely surprise for her.

Vivid!! Lillies are my all time favourite, followed closely by Tulips but of late I have been digging on Orchids…so, if I was to win, i’d have a struggle on my hands of choosing between the three hehe

Hi Di, yes I love the orchids as well. I have checked with Fresh Flowers and the difference in price is due to the pot, and the fact that they wrap it up so nicely for your special someone. I hope this helps.

My mother in law deserves the biggest bunch of flowers! I’m so lucky to have a lovely mother in law. She has been my biggest support while I’ve completed my post-grad studies with a newborn; always willing to babysit at the drop of a hat, willing to play with my boy outside meeting rooms for hours when I couldn’t bear to be away from him for too long. Looking after him and me when I’ve been sick/hospitalised with recurrent mastitis. She’s a true angel and will never accept any money or presents for her endless devotion but she couldn’t resist free flowers to brighten up her day! I like the Pink Pop for her, they are so bright, cheery and smile-inducing.

I would love the pink cupcake creation.

The month pink stands out to many of us who have battled or known some one who has battled Breast Cancer.
So I choose pink flowers for an amazing friend who has had to live through the years without her mother. My friend Dawn is always the first to put her hand up to help with school, footy clubs, name it she is there. This month she is hoping to raise $10,000 for the national breast cancer foundation. Setting up donation pages and hosting a girls night in. Her mother would be looking down on her so proud for the women she has become.
I would love to surprise her with this gorgeous cupcake of flowers from Fresh Flowers.

I would like to nominate my gorgeous Mum ~ she works 50 hours a week and is always putting everyone before her own needs. I haven’t seen her in 6 months as we live a state away so the gorgeous ‘Colour Burst’ Gerberas would let let her know I am thinking of her.

I just love the 12 kisses box. I can’t believe they have such a cheap price on a dozen red roses. I’d love to present them to my beautiful 13 year old ballerina after her dance concert this year, I can’t think of a nicer way to make her feel special.

I love the Summer Burst of vibrant gerberas. My husband used to send gerberas to me sometimes when we were courting. I was interstate, so flowers were a lovely reminder that he was thinking of me.
I’d love to gift him with some beautiful flowers in return. Who says guys can’t get flowers?!
